Holidays:
Due to the higher demand for rooms and apartments over Holiday Weekends, other than Christmas and New Years, and Depending on the Holiday, we and most of the other Guesthouses find it necessary to have a minimum of 3 or 4 nights stay. For the Christmas and New Years Holidays, we require a minimum of 7 nights (1 week stay).

Rate Information:

*All rates are in U.S. currency and are figured on single (1 person) or double occupancy (2 people) with the exception of the 2 bedroom apartment, which is figured on up to four (4) people. The extra guest charge is $25.00 per guest. Rates may be higher during Holidays and Special Events and may require a minimum stay. All rates are subject to 11% Florida tax and are subject to change without notice.

Accepted Payment:

All monies must be paid in U.S. currency and may be paid from cash, travelers checks, cashiers check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. In the event a credit card can not be swiped into the credit card reader, there will be an additional 1% credit card service fee.

Deposits:

There may be a damage, phone and key deposit at the option of Orton Terrace.
A 25% deposit of your total is required with your reservation, and will be applied to the last portion of your stay.
Full Payment is Due Upon Arrival.
A valid credit card (see Accepted Payment) is required when making a reservation online.
Deposits may be paid by personal check when received by Orton Terrace three (3) weeks or more in advance of the stay.

Cancellations:

Fourteen (14) days notice of cancellation is required for return of deposit and if a credit card was used for the deposit, there will be a 5% credit card handling and service charge on the returned portion of the deposit. Cancellations made within a two week period a 25% or one day will be charge, which ever is greater. There will be no refund for cancellations made on the check in date or for early departures. In the event of a no-show the full amount of the stay will be charge to the credit card on file.

Hurricane Cancellation Policy: In the event the Beach has a mandatory evacuation and you decide to leave we will give you credit for you unused portion of your stay. Customers deciding to stay while we are out of electricity will be given a 50% discount off of the rack rates for the nights that we do not have electricity.

Meals:

A complementary, extended continental breakfast, is served each morning from 8AM until Noon, in our Hospitality room for our guests, which includes a wide variety of breads, yogurts, Danish rolls, muffins, cereals as well as fresh coffee and Tropicana Grovestand Orange Juice.

Discounts:

A 15% discount is offered on the daily rate, for a stay of 30 consecutive days or more, paid in advance. A 5% discount is offered for a stay of 7 consecutive nights and a 10% discount for a stay of 14 or more nights.

Check In/Out Times:

Check- in time is 3:00 pm
Late check-in must be pre-arranged at least 48 hours prior to arrival and an additional fee may apply.
Check- out time is 11:00 am
A half-day's rent is charged for checkout after 3:00pm and a whole day's rent for checkout after 6:00pm.
